A. ORDERS 

1.  How do I create an account?
 
  • Create a Regalinas user account in order to be able to make purchases and check your tranactions. Go to “Log in” and fill in your personal data in the required fields.
  • When you have registered you will receive an email. Follow the attached link to activate your account.
  • Now you are ready to place your order.
 
2.  How do I place an order?
 
  • After selecting the products you wish to purchase go to “my shopping cart” section and select “SUBMIT ORDER”
  • Fill in the shipping information, select the payment and shipping method and complete your order.
  • Upon successful completion you will receive an email with a summary of your order.
 
3.  Why can’t I “add to basket”?
 
You have to select the colour and size (even if there is one colour or size available) to activate the “add to basket” button.
 
4.  What are the payment methods?
 
  • Cash on product delivery (only valid for customers in Greece.)In this case, the customers will be charged the amount of 2.50 euros (VAT 23% is included).
  • Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, EUROLINE)
  • PAY PAL
 
5.  Are transactions secure?
 
The www.regalinas.gr website uses the SSL protocol of Eurobank for safe online business transactions. In this way, all credit card information is encrypted so that it may not be read or changed while transferred in the Internet.
SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) is now a global Internet standard for the certification of websites to Internet users and for the encryption of data between Internet users and web servers.
 
6.  How can I cancel my order?
 
We cannot provide any cancellation of your order through our eshop.  If you wish to cancel your order you should contact us via email to eshop@regalinas.gr or call us at 0030 210 9757588.

7.  Why has my credit card been declined?
 
There are several possible reasons for your credit card to be declined; in this case you need to contact your bank for more information.

8.  What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
 
If you have any problem regarding your order, please contact us in the following ways:
 
  • By calling us at 0030 210 9757588 (from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:00)
9.  How can I add a product to the order I have just placed?
 
In this case you need to make a new order.
 
10. What should I do if a product is missing from my order?
 
In this case you need to inform us via email (eshop@regalinas.gr) or by calling us(0030 210 9757588) so that the problem is resolved.
 
 
B. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
 
1.  Which courier company do you use?
For delivery to Greece and Cyprus, Regalinas uses ACS courier company. For delivery abroad, service is carried out by UPS couriers.
2.  How long will it take to receive my order and what are the shipping costs?
 
All orders registered until 12:30 (local time) are processed on the same day, while orders registered beyond that time are processed the next day. All orders registered on Friday after 12:30 (local time) and during the weekend are processed on Monday.
A.  DELIVERY IN GREECE
Delivery of products in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece is FREE OF CHARGE and is carried out by ACS company within 2-3 working days.
B. DELIVERY IN CYPRUS
Delivery of products is carried out by ACS company within 2-3 working days and shipping costs amount to 15.00€.
For purchases over 150€, shipping costs are free of charge
C. DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF GREECE AND CYPRUS
Delivery of products is carried out by UPS courier company.
For purchases over 150€, shipping costs are free of charge
For purchases under 150€, shipping costs shall apply as follows:
 Europe:
 
  • EXPRESS: 20.00 € within 2-3 working days
  • ECONOMY: 12.00 € within 5-8 working days
International:
 
  • EXPRESS: 20.00 € within 3-4 working days
  • ECONOMY: 12.00 € within 8-10 working days
 
 
3.  Can I track my order?
 
For delivery within Greece, after completing your order, you will receive an informative email confirming that your order has been completed successfully. You will also receive a text message sent by ACS courier with details concerning the delivery of your package.  
For delivery abroad, consumers can track their order through the tracking number provided to them via e-mail by UPS couriers after the completion of their order.
 
4.  What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
In case delivery is delayed by more than the expected time, as set, you need to contact us via e-mail at eshop@regalinas.gr  or call us at 0030 2109757588 (from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:00) and we will proceed to solve the problem.
 
5. What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?
If you are out when merchandise arrives at the shipping address, both ACS couriers in Greece and UPS couriers abroad will attempt to deliver your order two more times on the following working days. If your order finally fails to be delivered, then it will automatically return to us.
 
6. Is VAT included in price?
 
VAT on all products is included in the price stated.
NOTE: Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.
 
C. RETURN POLICY
 
1. What is your return  policy?
 
You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 10 working days from the date you received it, without bearing any obligation to inform us of the reason for a return of your order by filling in the special “return form”
 
Options for return:
a) crediting of account .Credit the value of the returned item in order to use it during your next purchase. Credit will be applied  within three days of receipt of goods to our warehouse (Option Credit on the Return Form),
b) refund of money: Refund to your chosen bank account or Paypal account from which the payment was made or the credit card you charged, within 8 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product (Option Refund on the Return Form).
Attention:
 
  • As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s special signs (tags).
  • When returning an item, you need to fill in and send us the “return form” that you can find here within the exclusive time-limit of ten (10) days.

2. Are there any charges for returns?
 
If the reason for returning a product lies with a company's error, “REGALINAS” undertakes to deliver order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company's fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. When you send us back a product, our company will receive it within 1-2 working days, for returns within Greece via ACS couriers, or within 3-5 working days, for returns outside Greece via UPS couriers. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return to us. When we receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing of said request.
 
3. How will I know that you received the returned product?
 
When returned products arrive to our warehouse you will be notified via e-mail.
 
4. Can I return a product to a Regalinas store?
 
You can return a product you purchased through our eshop to a Regalinas store within 14 days of having received it.  As a necessary condition, the product shall be in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s special signs (tags).
